The survey shows widespread adoption of wellness practices and emphasizes the importance of science-based approaches and technology in guiding lifestyle choices.

Manifest, a digital wellness app targeting Gen Z, has raised $3.4M in funding from various venture capital firms. The app offers venting sessions, daily affirmations and gamified challenges to help users tackle life’s challenges. It has already delivered 15.8 million manifestations globally, focusing on personal growth in relationships, career, finances, and emotional wellbeing.

ABC Fitness and KidStrong have formed a strategic partnership, with ABC Glofox providing membership management for KidStrong’s 130 global locations. This collaboration aims to streamline KidStrong’s program management, enhance member engagement, and support growth. KidStrong, which offers science-based athletic play programs for children, will leverage ABC Glofox’s technology to improve operations and expand its franchise network.

Salad and Go, a fast-growing salad chain, announces a partnership with football legend Troy Aikman as their Green Zone MVP.
